We got Lumi windows for our new build house. From the very beginning the service has been excellent from Jamie in sales to Gary and the lads who installed. Exceptional. The windows themselves are in a league of their own. Nothing else like them on the market and they really make the house unique. Could not be happier with the service and the product.

We are exceptionally pleased with the look of Lumi windows and doors. We love the sleek, seamless finish which we feel enhances the contemporary design of our new home. The sales and manufacturing team were professional throughout and we were impressed by their willingness to accommodate the very particular demands of our product.

Our Lumi windows are the key element that truly transformed our house rather than the build being just another extension.

I selected Lumi for the exposed coastal location of my project. The windows are very high quality and cost effective. Easier to install than UPVC or Aluminium. My installation company Guy McCullough of Ulverston said they were the easiest windows he had ever installed. My only criticism of Lumi is one of poor communication during the delivery process, but this is just a hang up of a busy fast growing company. Any problems are addressed and if you asked me would I use them again it would be a resounding yes.
