Lumi2 – Made for replacement!
Over the past year, we have been working hard to create and refine a lightweight, double glazed window system that, with its 70mm profile, is perfectly adapted for replacement projects, and we succeeded.
This new Lumi2 range is visually indentical to our triple glazed Lumi3 range with a few key differences. The first is materials, Lumi2 is made from an aluminium sash and a PVC frame while still featuring our unique design, allowing us to cut down on weight and cost whilst still using some of the highest quality materials available. Next up comes U-Values, our Lumi2 windows achieve U-Values of 1.2w/m2k, far exceeding any government regulations and exceeding what most professionals in the industry consider to be a “good” U-Value, ensuring your house stays warm in the winter. The final difference is cost, with Lumi2’s use of different materials and double glazing, is it considerably cheaper than Lumi3, making it perfectly suited for budget oriented projects or alternatively mixing-and-matching with Lumi3 to cut down on cost.
